We will send you a registration form, which is to be completed and returned to us in order for the registration to be considered complete.

We offer training in Dartmouth, NS (head office), Ville St. Laurent, QB, Saint John, NB, and Leduc, AB. We can also travel to your site for customized training sessions.

Our training courses vary from a half day (ex: WHMIS, LOTO) to five days (technical courses) in length, but typically they are a full day in length.

Our certifications are valid for three years as per the current provincial regulations. Technical courses are typically valid for 4 years, subject to specific course standards.

If you lose your training certificate you can obtain another one by contacting the Hercules Training Academy (head office).

Please note that the training certificate belongs to the person, business, organization, etc. that pays for the training.

Yes. Any person who is using fall protection equipment, supervising, or planning the work of anyone who is working at heights must have fall protection training.

Fall protection products and regulations change, so it is crucial to stay up to date. Training must typically be refreshed at least every three years, or as regulations dictate.

No. If you attend our counterbalance and/or narrow aisle forklift operator course, those would be the specific types of forklifts you will be certified on and will be able to use. The operator must be trained and certified on the particular type of forklift they will be operating in the workplace.

Yes, in most jurisdictions and as a best practice, valid fall protection training is a prerequisite for attending a Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) operator course, as operators are often required to use fall protection while on the platform.

No, there are several courses we offer that are primarily theory-based, so PPE would not be required for those specific sessions. When you register for a course, we will provide a detailed list of any required PPE or materials.
