Product Description

The Kito Air Hoist is a 0.5-ton (500 kg) rated pneumatic chain hoist with a 10-foot lift height, 34 feet per minute (FPM) lift speed, hook mount suspension, and 6-foot air pendant control, designed for overhead load lifting and lowering in industrial environments where compressed air is the preferred or required power source. The 34 FPM lift speed provides efficient load travel for production and assembly environments where cycle time is a consideration, offering faster throughput than lower-speed pneumatic hoists at the same capacity. Pneumatic hoists are well suited for hazardous locations where electric hoists present ignition risks, as well as wet, washdown, and corrosive environments where electrical equipment requires additional protection.

The 6-foot air pendant control provides the operator with ergonomic, hands-on control of hoist lifting and lowering functions from a safe operating distance, with the air-powered pendant eliminating the electrical wiring and conduit requirements associated with electric pendant controls.
