CM wire rope lever hoists are compact, manually operated lifting and pulling tools designed for positioning loads in construction, maintenance, industrial, and material-handling applications. Model 115SA provides a 1/2 Ton single-line capacity with a 13-3/4 ft Lift and 19 in minimum distance between hooks. Model 115DA provides a 1/2 Ton single-line capacity with a 13-1/2 ft Lift and 21 in minimum distance between hooks.

The 115DA model can also be configured for double-line operation, increasing its rated capacity to 1 Ton while reducing the available lifting height to 6-1/2 ft and increasing the minimum distance between hooks to 27 in. Both models use preformed, galvanized 7 x 19 extra-flexible aircraft cable, allowing the wire rope to wind onto the integrated self-storing drum for compact transport and operation. A winding wheel supports rapid cable take-up and initial load positioning.

Special cast aluminum-alloy housings provide a lightweight yet rugged structure, while stainless steel springs and shafts improve corrosion resistance. Rotating shafts operate in bronze bushings to reduce wear, and the open construction simplifies inspection and cleaning. A double-interlocking pawl mechanism provides positive load holding and controlled adjustment, while 360-degree swivelling hooks with latches help retain correctly seated attachments. The operating handle is designed to bend as an overload warning before a hazardous load is applied to the hoist mechanism.
