Crosby S-505 Cold Tuff® Standard Steel Sleeves are designed for forming permanent wire rope terminations using a swaging process, commonly used in Flemish eye wire rope sling assemblies. These sleeves provide a strong, reliable, and efficient connection for lifting and rigging applications.
Engineered with Crosby’s Cold Tuff® technology, these sleeves offer enhanced toughness in low-temperature environments and resist cracking during swaging, delivering performance equal to or exceeding stainless steel sleeves.

Material:
Body: Special processed low carbon steel
Heat treatment: Optimized for swaging performance
Finish: Standard steel (self-colored)

Specifications:
Designed for Flemish eye wire rope splicing
Cold Tuff® design improves toughness and swageability
Resists cracking during swaging, equal to or better than stainless sleeves
Non-duplex (single barrel) sleeve design
