Product Description

Crosby SS-125M Swivel Hoist Rings are designed to provide a secure, adjustable lifting point for machinery, tooling, and fabricated components, offering full load alignment through rotation and pivoting. These lifting points are ideal for applications requiring safe lifting in multiple directions without side loading stress.
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the SS-125M series is specifically suited for corrosive, washdown, marine, and food-grade environments, where durability and resistance to rust are critical.

Material:
Body: 316 stainless steel
Bolt retainers: 15-7 PH stainless steel (magnetic)
Bolt: 316 stainless steel socket head cap screw (ASTM F837M)

Series: SS-125M Metric Thread Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Rings

Material: All components are 316 stainless steel except the bolt retainers, which are manufactured from 15-7 PH (UNS 15700) magnetic stainless steel.

Thread Type: Metric threads. The identification washer is color-coded silver for metric thread models.

Bolt: 316 stainless steel socket head cap screw conforming to ASTM F837M (316).

Angular Loading: Rated at 100% of the Working Load Limit at a 90° load angle.

Design Factor: 5:1.

Proof Test: Individually proof tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit with certification.

Fatigue Rating: Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit.

Traceability: Each lifting point has a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability and is marked with its Working Load Limit and Crosby or “CG” identification.

Installation: Use the specified installation torque shown for the applicable stock number and bolt size.
