The Coffing Hand Chain Hoist is a manually operated lifting unit with a 1.5 Ton load capacity and 20 ft Lift. It is designed for controlled lifting and lowering where electrical or pneumatic power is unavailable or unnecessary. Manual operation makes it suitable for industrial maintenance, construction, equipment installation and general material-handling applications.

Coffing’s hand chain hoist design uses a compact gear housing to provide portable installation and reduced headroom. Lubricated bearings and bushings, bearing-mounted pinions and heat-treated spur gearing support smooth operation while minimizing the effort required to raise and position a load.

A mechanical load brake engages for controlled load holding and positioning. The product family also uses swivelling hooks with safety latches, through-hardened load chain and stamped steel housing for durability in rugged working conditions. Its serviceable construction allows routine inspection and maintenance using common hand tools.
