This CM hoist test stand is a self-contained hydraulic testing system designed for static and dynamic testing of chain hoists and other compatible lifting equipment. It can apply test loads ranging from approximately 0.3 Ton, or 660 lb, to a maximum of 12 Ton, or 26,000 lb.

The stand uses a hydraulic cylinder and test frame to apply a controlled load to the suspended hoist. This arrangement allows service facilities to evaluate hoist operation, load holding, brake performance, and general function without handling separate test weights. The self-contained design also prevents the applied hydraulic test force from adding an additional test load to the supporting floor.
