Working Load Limit: The Working Load Limits shown correspond to the compatible Crosby hooks. The S-4314 latch kit itself is a replacement component and does not receive a separate independent Working Load Limit from the hook assembly.

Design Factor: Compatible S-314A and S-315A hooks are rated at a 4:1 design factor when used with Grade 80 alloy chain. S-315A hooks also carry the listed 5:1 Working Load Limits for wire rope applications.

Compatibility: Use only the S-4314 stock number specified by Crosby for the corresponding hook size and hook model.

Dimensions: Kito Crosby publishes dimensions D, E, G, K, R and T for the complete S-314A hook, and B, D, E, G, K, R and T for the complete S-315A hook. These are hook dimensions, not standalone S-4314 latch-kit dimensions, so they are intentionally not shown here as latch dimensions.
