Product Description

Chester PT manual plain trolleys provide push-operated horizontal travel for compatible heavy-capacity hoists and suspended loads. The listed configurations include 16 and 20 Ton capacities, both designed for beam flange widths from 6 to 8 in and a 12 in beam height. These trolleys are intended for industrial lifting systems where straightforward manual movement is preferred over a hand-geared or powered travel mechanism.

Horizontal movement is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the runway beam. The absence of a trolley motor, electrical controls, pneumatic drive, and operating hand chain creates a direct travel arrangement suitable for occasional movement and applications where the load can be safely propelled by the operator.

Both configurations have a 96 in minimum-radius curve, 11-11/16 in wheel-tread diameter, alloy cast iron wheels, and 12 in headroom. Their heavy-capacity construction supports plant maintenance, equipment installation, fabrication, manufacturing, and material-handling systems requiring manual travel along compatible straight or curved beams.

Material:
Alloy cast iron trolley wheels
Load-bearing trolley frame
Wheel and axle assemblies
Suspension and mounting components
Manufacturer frame material not specified
