The CM TMM-140 Air Wire Rope Hoist is a lightweight pneumatic manipulator designed for workstation lifting, repetitive material handling and accurate load positioning. This model has a 300 lb capacity, 6.6 ft Lift and 36 FPM lifting speed under load. It operates at 95 PSI, consumes approximately 21.2 SCFM and has a 22-3/4 in minimum distance between hooks.

An efficient rotary-vane air motor delivers consistent torque for quick response and smooth operation. The handle-mounted pendant permits one-handed control, while infinitely variable speed adjustment allows the operator to accurately position fixtures, components and other suspended loads. A disc brake secures the load and helps prevent drifting when the pendant control is released.

The self-winding wire rope stores inside the unit, eliminating the loose load chain normally associated with a chain hoist. Swivelling upper and lower hooks with latches support portable installation and load alignment. The hoist weighs less than 20 lb and is designed for continuous-duty workstation applications.

Note:
A 3/8 in NPT air filter-regulator-lubricator is required for effective operation. Spark-resistant features are not available for the TMM-140. Do not exceed the rated capacity or use the hoist to lift people or loads over people.
