Product Description

Coffing VT-A manual plain trolleys are industrial push-type, hook-mount trolleys designed to provide smooth horizontal movement of a suspended hoist and load along a compatible overhead beam. The listed models cover capacities from 1/4 to 3 Ton and use a universal wheel-tread design suitable for American Standard beams, wide-flange beams and compatible patented track systems.

The adjustable side-frame and load-bar arrangement incorporates Coffing’s Dial Fit collar, which simplifies fitting the trolley to the selected beam flange. Shielded double-row ball bearings support efficient wheel movement and help provide smooth rolling during manual load positioning. The trolley is moved by pushing or pulling the suspended load and does not require a hand-chain, motor or external power source.

Capacity-specific configurations accommodate beam flange widths from 2-5/8 to 6-1/4 in and beam heights from 4 to 18 in. The 1/4, 1/2 and 1 Ton models use 2-3/4 in wheel-tread diameters and can negotiate a 7 in minimum-radius curve. The 1-1/2, 2 and 3 Ton models use 3-1/2 in wheel-tread diameters and can negotiate a 10 in minimum-radius curve.
