The CM ShopStar Electric Chain Hoist is a compact industrial lifting unit designed for workstations, production lines and other applications requiring frequent powered load positioning. These double-reeved models provide a 600 lb capacity with lifting heights of 10, 15 or 20 ft. Available configurations offer 8, 12 or 20 FPM lifting speeds with one-speed control and 115, 230, 460 or 575 VAC electrical systems.

The ShopStar is rated for H4 heavy-duty service with up to 300 motor starts per hour. A thermally protected hoist-duty motor supports repetitive operation, while the standard overload device helps protect the hoist, operator and supporting structure from damaging overload conditions. Its compact, lightweight design provides 11-15/16 in headroom on the listed models, making it suitable for installations where available vertical space is limited.

Dual DC and regenerative braking provide controlled stopping and dependable load holding. The 10-pocket oblique-lay liftwheel maintains consistent chain speed and reduces load-chain wear, while grease-lubricated hardened spur gears support smooth and quiet operation. A NEMA 4 industrial control station, durable CM Hoistaloy load chain and true vertical lift construction help provide reliable performance in commercial and industrial environments.
