The CM Lodestar Model E2 Electric Chain Hoist is designed for dependable lifting, lowering and controlled load positioning in manufacturing, maintenance and industrial material-handling applications. These double-reeved configurations provide a 0.5 Ton lifting capacity and a 10 ft lifting height.

The one-speed models provide an 8 FPM lifting speed, approximately 21.6 in minimum distance between hooks and a heavy-duty DC brake for controlled stopping and dependable load holding. The double-reeved load-chain arrangement supports stable vertical movement of the rated load.

Two-speed configurations provide 2-1/2 and 8 FPM lifting speeds, allowing efficient load movement at the higher speed and improved control during approach, alignment and final positioning at the lower speed. These models use a 1/4 hp motor and are available for 230 or 460 VAC electrical service.
