Product Description

CM RailStar motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. Both listed configurations have a 3 Ton load capacity and use a single-speed electric drive to provide consistent forward and reverse movement. Motorized operation reduces manual handling and is suited to repetitive production, fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and equipment-positioning applications.

Each trolley fits beam flange widths from 4 to 7 in and beam heights from 8 to 24 in. The 78 FPM travel speed supports efficient movement between lifting locations, while the 3/4 HP motor provides the powered drive required for the trolley system. A 3-15/16 in wheel-tread diameter is specified for the listed configurations.

Iron wheels provide durable beam contact for industrial runway service. The trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, beam flange width, beam height, electrical requirements, suspension arrangement, and available runway clearances.
