Product Description

Product Description:
CM Series 635 manual plain trolleys provide manually controlled horizontal travel for compatible suspended hoists operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 500 to 2,000 lb and are designed for wider beam-flange ranges. Their push-type operation is suitable for applications where powered or hand-geared trolley travel is unnecessary.

Horizontal movement is produced by pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the supporting beam. This straightforward arrangement requires no electric travel motor, pneumatic drive, powered controls, or trolley operating hand chain. Cast iron wheels provide a durable running surface for industrial maintenance, fabrication, assembly, equipment installation, and general material-handling operations.

The 2,000 lb configuration fits beam flange widths from 5.6 to 7.25 in. The 500 to 1,000 lb configuration fits beam flange widths from 5.04 to 7-1/2 in, has a 24 in minimum-radius curve, and uses a 3-1/8 in wheel-tread diameter. Each trolley must be matched to the intended hoist capacity, suspension arrangement, beam dimensions, and required operating clearance.
