Product Description

CM Series 635 manual plain trolleys are low-headroom, push-type assemblies designed to provide horizontal travel for compatible lug-suspended electric chain hoists. A rigid lug suspension mounts the hoist close to the trolley and supporting beam, helping conserve vertical lifting space compared with a separate hook-mounted trolley arrangement. CM identifies Series 635 low-headroom trolleys for compatible Lodestar and Valustar electric chain hoists.

Steel plate side frames provide structural support for industrial lifting service. Universal-tread hardened track wheels are designed to operate on compatible standard S-beams or flat-flanged beams, while lifetime-lubricated double-row ball bearings promote smooth trolley movement with reduced routine maintenance. Horizontal travel is controlled by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, eliminating the need for a trolley motor or separate hand-chain drive.

The listed configurations provide capacity and beam-range options for wider runway beams. The 3 Ton models fit beam flanges from 5-5/8 to 7-1/4 in, while the 2 Ton models are available for either 6 to 8 in or 5.04 to 7-1/2 in beam flanges. The listed 1 Ton model fits beam flanges from 5.04 to 7-1/2 in.
