CM Series 635 low-headroom push trolleys provide manual horizontal travel for compatible lug-suspended electric chain hoists. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/8 to 3 Ton and are adjusted to fit a range of overhead beam flange widths and heights. The compact rigid-mount arrangement positions the hoist close to the supporting beam, making the Series 635 suitable for lifting systems where available headroom is limited.

Steel plate side frames provide structural strength for industrial lifting applications, while cast iron universal-tread wheels are designed to travel on compatible standard S-beams and flat-flange beams. Lifetime-lubricated double-row ball bearings support efficient wheel rotation and reduce routine maintenance requirements. Horizontal movement is controlled by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, eliminating the need for a trolley motor, control system, or external power supply.

The 3 Ton model fits beam flanges from 4 to 5-5/8 in and beam heights from 8 to 15 in, with a 30 in minimum-radius curve and 4-3/4 in wheel-tread diameter. The 2 Ton model fits flange widths from 3-3/8 to 6 in and beam heights from 6 to 18 in, with a 24 in minimum-radius curve and 4-3/4 in wheel-tread diameter. The 1/8 to 1 Ton model fits flange widths from 2-5/8 to 5-5/8 in and beam heights from 4 to 15 in, with a 24 in minimum-radius curve and 3-1/8 in wheel-tread diameter.
