Product Description
CM Series 635 motor-driven trolleys provide single-speed powered horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/8 to 3 Ton and are available with 30, 62.5, or 75 FPM travel speeds. Powered movement reduces the manual effort required to reposition suspended loads and supports consistent forward and reverse travel during production, maintenance, fabrication, assembly, and equipment-installation work.
The 1/8 to 2 Ton configurations are available for beam flange widths from 3-3/8 to 5-5/8 in or from 5.626 to 8-3/8 in. The 3 Ton configurations include beam flange ranges from 4 to 5-5/8 in, 5.626 to 7-1/4 in, 5-5/8 to 7-1/4 in, and 7-1/4 to 9-1/8 in. Certain models accommodate beam heights from 6 to 15 in or 8 to 15 in and can negotiate a 30 in minimum-radius curve.
Multiple electrical configurations are available to match facility power requirements, including 115, 220, 230, 380/415, 380/440, and 460 V AC options depending on the selected model. Certain 3 Ton configurations use a 1/4 HP trolley drive. The exact capacity, travel speed, voltage, beam fit, and hoist suspension arrangement must be matched to the intended runway system.
