The CM Lodestar Model L Electric Chain Hoist is designed for frequent industrial lifting and controlled positioning of suspended loads. These single-reeved models have a 1 Ton capacity, 16 FPM lifting speed and 1 hp motor, with 10, 15 or 20 ft Lift configurations. The models shown include 115 VAC and reconnectable 230/460 VAC one-speed units, along with VFD-controlled 230 VAC and 460 VAC configurations for applications requiring greater control flexibility.

Lodestar NH configurations provide quieter operation, easier access to major components and a lifetime grease-lubricated gearbox that reduces routine maintenance. A heavy-duty DC brake supports controlled stopping and load holding, while the five-pocket liftwheel and precision gearing promote smooth chain travel, reduced vibration and extended component life. The accessible control panel incorporates finger-safe wiring and plug-and-play connections to simplify inspection and electrical servicing.

Lodestar Classic configurations use the established compact aluminum-frame design for dependable overhead lifting in production, fabrication and maintenance environments. Long-life gearing supports quiet operation, while overload protection helps guard the lifting mechanism against excessive loading.
