The CM Cyclone Low Headroom Plain Trolley Hoist combines a manual hand chain hoist and beam trolley in an integrated assembly for industrial lifting applications with limited vertical clearance. The products shown include a 1/2 Ton model with an 8 ft Lift and 1-1/2 Ton and 3 Ton models with a 10 ft Lift. The plain trolley allows the suspended load to be manually moved along a compatible overhead beam without electrical or pneumatic power.

The integrated low-headroom configuration reduces headroom, side clearance and end approach to support load movement in restricted work areas. Crowned-tread, flanged trolley wheels help minimize rolling resistance, while high-efficiency spur gearing reduces the hand-chain effort required to lift the load. Fully machined, forged liftwheel pockets promote smooth load-chain engagement and efficient operation.

An enclosed, contoured Weston-type automatic brake provides positive load holding and controlled lowering. High-strength aluminum alloy frame and cover castings protect the internal lifting components, while rugged hoist alloy chain supports demanding industrial service. The 1/2 Ton model requires 46 lb of pull to lift and has an 8-7/8 in listed minimum distance between hooks with a 1-1/32 in hook opening. The 1-1/2 Ton model requires 80 lb of pull and has a 12-1/2 in listed minimum distance with a 1-5/16 in hook opening. The 3 Ton model requires 85 lb of pull and has a 14-1/8 in listed minimum distance with a 1-5/8 in hook opening.
