CM Lodestar XL motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible electric chain hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations include a 2 Ton single-reeved trolley and triple-reeved models with 5, 6, and 7.5 Ton capacities. Motor-driven operation supports consistent forward and reverse movement without requiring the operator to push the load or pull a manual trolley hand chain.

The 2 Ton single-reeving configurations fit beam flange widths from 3.33 to 5.55 in and are available with 18, 24, or 30 FPM travel speeds. These models have a 4 ft minimum-radius curve and a 4-11/16 in wheel-tread diameter. The different speed options allow the trolley to be selected for controlled positioning or faster movement between lifting locations.

The 5, 6, and 7.5 Ton triple-reeving configurations fit beam flange widths from 4 to 6-1/4 in and are designed for a 6 ft minimum-radius curve. These models have a 6-1/2 in wheel-tread diameter and 12 in headroom. Available travel speeds range from 6 to 10 FPM depending on capacity and model, supporting controlled movement of heavier suspended loads.
