Product Description: The Pewag MW10 is a Grade 100 enlarged pear-shaped master link designed for use as the top connection component in overhead chain sling assemblies. Constructed from high-tensile alloy steel and rated to Grade 100 standards, the MW10 features an enlarged opening that accommodates a wider range of crane hooks and lifting hardware than standard master links of the same chain size. The pear-shaped (PC/O) profile provides a stable, self-orienting connection point that keeps the master link properly seated in the hook throughout the lift.

The MW10 is compatible with 3/8" Grade 100 chain and is engineered to serve as the primary top fitting in single and multi-leg chain sling configurations within the Pewag chain sling system. The enlarged link dimensions make it particularly useful in applications where hook throat size or geometry requires a larger master link opening, providing greater flexibility in crane hook compatibility without requiring an upgrade to a larger chain size. The Grade 100 alloy steel construction delivers the strength and working load limit required for reliable industrial lifting performance.
