The Caldwell Double Hook Beam with Swivel Hooks is a below-the-hook lifting accessory designed to convert a single crane hook connection into two independent lower attachment points, enabling two-point lifting of loads that require distributed support or simultaneous handling of two separate loads from a single crane hook. The beam is fitted with two swivel hooks that allow each lower hook to rotate freely and self-align with the rigging hardware or load attachment points, reducing torsional stress on the rigging assembly and accommodating minor variations in load geometry or attachment point alignment.

The double hook beam is well suited for applications where a single spreader bar or lifting beam is not required but two independent lower hook points are needed, such as lifting long or wide loads with two sling legs, handling two separate loads simultaneously from one crane hook, or providing two attachment points for loads with widely spaced lifting lugs or eyes.
