Crosby HR-1000CT UNC Thread Swivel Hoist Rings are engineered for heavy-duty overhead lifting applications, providing a high-capacity, adjustable lifting point that allows loads to rotate and align naturally during lifting.
Designed for demanding environments, including offshore, subsea, and harsh industrial conditions, the HR-1000CT series offers superior performance with enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. These hoist rings feature a 360° swivel and 180° pivot, minimizing side loading and ensuring safer lifting operations.

Series: Crosby HR-1000CT Cold-Tuff Heavy Lift Swivel Hoist Rings with UNC Threads.

Material: All load-bearing components are heat-treated, quenched and tempered alloy steel. Except for the retaining ring, components are manufactured to a maximum hardness of 34 HRC.

Low-Temperature Performance: Primary load-bearing components are Charpy impact tested. The body, bushing, washer and bail meet a minimum average impact requirement of 31 ft-lb at -4°F; the bolt meets a minimum average requirement of 20 ft-lb at -150°F.

Bolt Specification: Alloy socket head cap screw manufactured to ASTM A320 Grade L7 or L43.

Identification: UNC-thread models use a blue color-coded top washer. The Working Load Limit and recommended torque are permanently stamped into each washer.

Proof Load: Individually proof tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit in both 90-degree and in-line orientations.

Design Factor: 5:1.

Inspection & Traceability: Individually serialized. Primary load-bearing components are 100% magnetic particle inspected, with certification.

Finish: Thermo-diffusion galvanized coating.

Compliance: Type approval and certification in accordance with DNV Offshore Standard DNV-OS-E101, DNVGL-ST-0378 for lifting appliances, and DNVGL-SI-0166.

Installation: Install using the manufacturer-specified torque. Minimum thread engagement length is one times the thread diameter.
