Product Description

The CM Powerstar 670 Weatherproof Electric Chain Hoist is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting and repetitive load positioning in demanding operating environments. These quadruple-reeved configurations provide a 12 Ton lifting capacity, a 20 ft Lift and one-speed operation.

Available configurations provide lifting speeds of 5, 6, 8 or 10 FPM. The 5 and 6 FPM models use a 5 hp hoist-duty motor, while the faster 8 and 10 FPM models use a 7-1/2 hp motor. Electrical options include 230 and 460 VAC configurations.

A dual braking system provides controlled stopping and dependable load holding. Lug suspension, plain trolley, geared trolley and motorized trolley configurations allow installation at a fixed lifting point or horizontal travel along a compatible overhead beam. Applicable trolley-mounted configurations provide approximately 41-3/16 in suspension headroom.
