Product Description

Product Description:
The CM manual geared trolley provides controlled horizontal travel for a compatible 1 Ton hoist and suspended load along an overhead runway beam. Its hand-operated geared mechanism allows the operator to move the trolley gradually in either direction without an electric or pneumatic travel motor.

The rigid-suspension configuration connects a compatible hoist directly to the trolley assembly. This compact arrangement provides a stable hoist-to-trolley connection and can help conserve available lifting height compared with an intermediate hook-suspension arrangement.

This trolley fits beam flange widths from 3-3/8 to 6 in and is designed for a 7 in beam height. The trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, rigid-suspension interface, beam profile, flange dimensions, and required operating clearances.

Material:
Industrial trolley frame and side plates
Manual geared travel components
Operating hand chain
Wheel and axle assemblies
Rigid-suspension mounting hardware
Exact manufacturer material grades not specified
