The Pewag Connex CWI7-6 is a Grade 63 stainless steel connecting link designed for overhead lifting and rigging applications in corrosive or hygiene-sensitive environments where standard alloy steel hardware is not suitable. Manufactured from stainless steel and rated to Grade 63 standards, the CWI7-6 provides a dependable, corrosion-resistant connection between 9/32" stainless steel chain assemblies and compatible rigging hardware, making it well suited for use in food processing, marine, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

The CWI7-6 is compatible with 9/32" Grade 63 stainless steel chain and integrates into the Pewag Connex stainless steel chain sling system. The link features a threaded closure mechanism that locks positively under load, preventing accidental disengagement and maintaining the integrity of the rigging assembly throughout the lift. It is important to note that Grade 63 stainless steel hardware carries a lower working load limit than Grade 100 alloy steel hardware of the same chain size, reflecting the material properties of stainless steel versus high-tensile alloy steel.
