Product Description

Product Description: The Western N-411B Series 2000 lb Synthetic Fiber Rope Steel Block is a compact and durable single-groove rigging block designed for use with synthetic fiber rope cable up to 1/2 inch in diameter in general rigging, construction, marine, and industrial applications where a reliable and manageable block is required for light to medium duty rope-based lifting and pulling operations. Standard steel blocks offer the durability and strength of an all-steel construction in a compact form factor well suited to a wide range of field and shop rigging tasks. The N-411B Series is rated to a 2000 lb working load limit and is well matched to light to medium duty rigging applications where synthetic fiber rope is the preferred or specified line material and a single-groove block for 1/2 inch rope is required.

The single 2-1/4 inch sheave accommodates synthetic fiber rope up to 1/2 inch in diameter and provides reliable rope guidance within the compact overall block dimensions. The sheave runs on a self-lubricating bronze bushing bearing, a proven and low-maintenance bearing solution well suited to field rigging environments where regular lubrication may not always be practical. Self-lubricating bronze bushings deliver consistent performance across a range of operating conditions, resist corrosion, and provide reliable service life in both indoor and outdoor applications without requiring frequent maintenance intervention. The compact 4 inch block size makes the N-411B Series easy to handle and well suited to rigging configurations where space is limited or a lightweight single-groove block for 1/2 inch synthetic fiber rope is preferred.

The N-411B Series standard steel block is designed for integration into general rigging, block and tackle, and rope-based lifting and pulling systems where a dependable light to medium capacity single-groove synthetic fiber rope block in a compact steel construction is required. The block is compatible with standard rigging hardware including hooks and shackles rated to the appropriate working load limit. All connected rigging components must be rated to 2000 lb or greater, and the block must be inspected before each use in accordance with applicable lifting and rigging safety standards. Synthetic fiber rope must be inspected for wear, abrasion, and degradation before each use and replaced when signs of deterioration are present.
