Budgit spark-resistant manual push trolleys provide horizontal beam travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads. The listed configurations include a 1 Ton trolley designed for beam flange widths from 3 to 5 in and a 3/4 Ton trolley designed for beam flange widths from 4 to 6-1/4 in. Their manually propelled design is suitable for industrial lifting systems where powered or hand-geared trolley movement is unnecessary.

Horizontal travel is produced by pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the supporting beam. This simple operating arrangement requires no electric traverse motor, pneumatic drive, pendant controls, or trolley hand chain. The trolley must be correctly matched to the hoist capacity, suspension connection, beam dimensions, flange profile, and required running clearance.
