Product Description

Product Description:
Budgit heavy-duty push rigid-mount trolleys provide manual horizontal movement for compatible hoists installed on overhead runway beams. The listed configurations include 3/4, 5/6, 1, and 2 Ton capacities. Their push-type design is suitable for industrial applications where straightforward manual travel is preferred over an electric, pneumatic, or hand-geared trolley system.

The rigid-mount connection attaches the hoist directly to the trolley assembly, creating a compact installation that helps preserve available lifting height. This arrangement is especially useful in facilities with restricted overhead clearance or applications where the hoist must remain closely coupled to the supporting beam. The trolley must be properly matched to the hoist capacity, suspension interface, runway dimensions, and required operating clearances.

The 1 Ton model fits beam flanges from 3 to 5 in, has a 3 ft minimum-radius curve, a 4 in wheel-tread diameter, and 7-5/8 in headroom to the shaft. The 2 Ton model fits beam flanges from 3-3/8 to 6 in, while the 3/4 Ton model fits flanges from 4 to 6-1/4 in. Both have a 5 ft minimum-radius curve, a 4 in wheel-tread diameter, and 9-1/8 in headroom to the shaft. The 5/6 Ton model fits beam flanges from 4 to 6-1/4 in.
