Budgit heavy-duty hand-geared rigid-mount trolleys are designed to move compatible suspended hoists and loads along overhead runway beams with controlled manual travel. The listed configurations cover 1, 2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7.5 Ton capacities. Model-specific beam-flange ranges allow the appropriate trolley to be selected for the supporting runway and hoist arrangement.

The rigid-mount connection attaches the hoist directly to the trolley, creating a compact installation suited to applications where overhead clearance is limited. The trolley frame and suspension components must be correctly assembled around the selected beam so that the wheels remain properly engaged while maintaining the manufacturer-required flange clearance.

The hand chain operates a geared drive that transfers manual input to the trolley wheels. This system provides more controlled positioning than manually pushing the suspended load and is useful for heavier loads, longer travel distances, and applications requiring gradual movement. The listed 1 Ton configuration has a 3 ft minimum-radius curve, 4 in wheel-tread diameter, and 7-5/8 in headroom to the shaft. The listed 2 Ton and 3/4 Ton configurations have 5 ft minimum-radius curves, 4 in wheel-tread diameters, and 9-1/8 in headroom to the shaft.
