Product Description
Product Description:
Budgit rigid-suspension manual geared trolleys provide controlled horizontal travel for compatible hoists operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover 1/2 to 3 Ton capacities with multiple beam-flange adjustment ranges. Their rigid mounting arrangement connects the hoist directly to the trolley assembly, creating a compact installation suitable for applications where preserving available lifting height is important.
A hand-chain-operated geared drive allows the operator to move the suspended hoist and load in either travel direction without electrical or pneumatic trolley power. The geared mechanism provides greater control than a plain push trolley, making these units suitable for accurate load positioning, longer travel distances, heavier loads, and applications where manually pushing the suspended load would be difficult.
The 1/2 to 3/4 Ton model fits beam flanges from 3 to 5 in, while the 1 Ton model fits flanges from 3-3/8 to 6 in. The 3 Ton configurations are available for 3-3/8 to 6 in, 6-1/8 to 8-7/8 in, and 9 to 11 in beam flanges. Each trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, rigid suspension arrangement, runway dimensions, and required operating clearance.
