The Budgit Series 6000 Air Chain Hoist is a pneumatic lifting solution designed for continuous-duty industrial material handling and precise positioning of loads up to 1 Ton. These standard, single-reeved models provide a 10 ft lifting height and are available with either a 13 FPM or 30 FPM lifting speed. The hoists operate at 90 PSI and use pendant throttle control for responsive lifting and lowering.

The Series 6000 design provides infinitely variable speed control, allowing the operator to start smoothly and accurately position suspended loads. An internal muffler helps reduce operating noise, while the throttle valve supports controlled operation throughout the lifting cycle. Built-in overload protection provides an additional safeguard against excessive loading.

These models are offered with either hook or lug suspension. Hook suspension provides a flexible connection to a suitable overhead support and has a minimum distance of approximately 16-1/2 in between hooks. Lug suspension provides a rigid mounting arrangement for installation with a compatible trolley or supporting structure. The 13 FPM and 30 FPM configurations allow the hoist speed to be selected according to the required balance of controlled positioning and faster load movement.
