CM Series 635 motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/8 to 3 Ton and are available with 30 or 75 FPM travel speeds. Motor-driven operation reduces manual handling and supports consistent forward and reverse movement during production, maintenance, fabrication, assembly, and equipment-installation applications.

The dimensioned 1/8 to 2 Ton configurations fit beam flange widths from 3-3/8 to 5-5/8 in and beam heights from 6 to 15 in. These models can negotiate a 30 in minimum-radius curve, and specified 75 FPM configurations have a 4 in wheel-tread diameter. The listed 3 Ton configuration fits beam flanges from 4 to 5-5/8 in, accommodates beam heights from 8 to 15 in, and also has a 30 in minimum-radius curve.

Available electrical configurations include 115, 230, 460, and 575 V AC depending on the selected model. Specified configurations use a 1/4 HP drive. The trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, beam dimensions, travel speed, facility voltage, suspension arrangement, and required runway clearances.
