CM Series 635 motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations include 2 and 3 Ton models with 30 or 75 FPM travel speeds, along with multiple voltage options for matching different industrial electrical systems. Motor-driven travel reduces manual handling and provides consistent forward and reverse movement between lifting locations.

The 2 Ton configurations fit beam flange widths from 5.626 to 8-3/8 in and are offered for 115, 230, 460, or 575 V AC power. The listed 3 Ton configurations are available with 115, 230, 430, or 575 V AC power. Additional Series 635 configurations fit beam flange widths from 5-5/8 to 7-1/4 in and are available with either 30 or 75 FPM travel speeds across 115, 230, 430, and 575 V AC electrical options.

These trolleys are intended for production, fabrication, assembly, equipment installation, maintenance, and other applications involving repetitive horizontal movement of suspended loads. The selected model must be matched to the hoist capacity, beam flange dimensions, desired travel speed, facility voltage, suspension arrangement, and required runway clearances.
