The side D-rings support work positioning and restraint, the dorsal D-ring serves as the primary fall arrest connection, the sternal D-ring accommodates guided fall arresters and certain rope access devices, and the rear D-ring provides an additional connection option for specific configurations. This versatility makes the VOLT compatible with a broad range of Petzl and industry-standard height safety equipment.

The international version of the VOLT is certified to ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10, CE EN 361, CE EN 358, UKCA, and JSFAD, covering North American, European, UK, and Japanese regulatory requirements.
