Product Description

Product Description:
CM CBT Series manual geared trolleys provide controlled horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating on overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1 to 5 Ton and offer broad beam-flange adjustment ranges for use with various supporting beam sizes. Manual geared operation is suitable for industrial applications requiring more precise load positioning and less operating effort than a plain push trolley.

The geared travel mechanism allows the trolley to be moved gradually in either direction without an electric or pneumatic traverse motor. This controlled movement is useful for longer travel distances, heavier suspended loads, and applications where accurate positioning is important. Each trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, suspension arrangement, beam dimensions, and required runway curvature.

The 1 Ton model fits beam flanges from 2.3 to 8.7 in, beam heights from 5 to 24 in, and a 36 in minimum-radius curve. The 1-1/2 and 2 Ton models fit 2.3 to 8.7 in flanges, beam heights from 6 to 24 in, and a 45 in minimum-radius curve. The 3 Ton model fits 3 to 8.7 in flanges with a 55 in minimum radius, while the 5 Ton model fits 3.5 to 8.7 in flanges with a 70 in minimum radius. Capacity-specific steel wheel diameters range from 2.36 to 4.92 in.
