Coffing CBTP manual plain trolleys are push-operated units designed to provide smooth horizontal movement of a suspended hoist and load along a compatible overhead beam. The listed configurations cover 1/2, 1, 2, 3 and 5 Ton capacities, with adjustable beam-flange ranges extending to 8.7 in. Their manual operation makes them suitable for industrial lifting systems where powered or hand-geared trolley travel is unnecessary.

Steel wraparound side plates provide a durable trolley structure and incorporate protective lugs that add security while acting as bumpers around the wheels. Dual-tread wheels are designed to operate on compatible tapered or flat beam flanges, allowing the trolley to adapt to multiple runway-beam profiles within its specified adjustment range. A universal hanging clevis accepts most compatible hook-mounted manual or powered hoists.

Permanently lubricated, shielded precision ball bearings support smooth rolling with low routine maintenance requirements. Depending on capacity, the listed trolleys accommodate beam heights up to 24 in, minimum-radius curves from 27 to 70 in and wheel-tread diameters from 2.36 to 4.92 in. The adjustable side-plate and spacing-washer arrangement allows the trolley to be fitted to the selected beam while maintaining the required running clearance.
