Coffing CBTP manual plain trolleys are push-operated units designed to provide smooth horizontal movement of a hook-mounted hoist and suspended load along a compatible overhead beam. The 1-1/2 Ton model fits beam flanges from 2.3 to 8.7 in and beam heights from 6 to 24 in, with a 45 in minimum-radius curve and 3.15 in wheel tread diameter. The 1/4 Ton model fits beam flanges from 2 to 8.7 in and beam heights from 4 to 24 in, with a 27 in minimum-radius curve and 2.36 in wheel tread diameter.

Steel wraparound side plates provide a rugged trolley structure and incorporate protective lugs that add security while also acting as bumpers around the wheels. Dual-tread steel wheels allow the trolley to operate on compatible tapered or flat beam flanges, while lifetime-lubricated shielded ball bearings support smooth rolling with minimal routine maintenance.

The adjustable trolley assembly can be fitted to different beam widths within the specified range. A universal hanging clevis accepts most compatible hook-mounted manual or powered hoists, allowing the trolley to support industrial lifting systems used in maintenance, production, fabrication and material-handling environments. Horizontal movement is controlled by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, eliminating the need for electrical power, a trolley motor or a separate hand-chain drive.
