The Green Pin BigMouth® Dee Shackle BN (G-4553) is a Grade 8 extended dee shackle manufactured by Van Beest for reaching non-standard and recessed lifting points. Its safety bolt and nut connection is designed for dependable field use, while the hot-dip galvanized finish supports durability in industrial, construction and marine environments. This model is specified to ASME B30.26, supporting use in professionally engineered lifting and rigging systems.

With a Working Load Limit of 8.6 tonnes and a 25 mm body diameter, a 28 mm pin diameter, the G4553X1 provides a size-specific solution for demanding lifting assemblies. The alloy-steel body is quenched and tempered for a strong, reliable connection, and its geometry supports correct load alignment when selected and used in accordance with the applicable rigging plan.

A longer inside length and wider mouth reach lifting points that standard shackles cannot easily access, including recessed connections on steel sheet-pile walls.
