Product Description

The Kito Electric Trolley is a 3-ton rated 2-speed adjustable electric motorized trolley designed for powered lateral traversal of compatible chain hoists and electric hoists along overhead beam systems. Operating on 440V power supply, this trolley provides motorized beam travel at up to 13 feet per minute (FPM), allowing precise and efficient lateral load positioning without manual pushing effort. The 2-speed adjustable configuration provides the operator with selectable traverse speeds, enabling faster travel for longer beam runs and slower, more controlled speed for precise final load positioning — an important operational feature in production, assembly, and maintenance environments where load placement accuracy is critical.

This trolley is supplied without a pendant control and without a power supply cord, and must be integrated into an existing overhead crane or hoist control system with the appropriate pendant, festoon, or control infrastructure already in place. The absence of a pendant and power cord makes this trolley suited for OEM integration, replacement installations, or facilities where the control and power supply components are sourced and installed separately to match existing system specifications.

The 3-ton working load limit is consistent with the capacity of the hoist it is intended to support, and the trolley, beam structure, and supporting electrical infrastructure must all be rated and configured for the applied load and power requirements before installation.
