CM UT Series Universal manual plain trolleys provide smooth, push-operated horizontal travel for compatible electric and air chain hoists installed on overhead beams. The listed configurations include 1, 2, and 3 Ton capacities, all adjustable for beam flange widths from 2.3 to 8.6 in. The Universal Trolley platform is designed to fit most Columbus McKinnon powered chain hoists through 3 Ton, helping reduce the number of separate trolley designs required for different CMCO hoist brands and models.

The dual-tread wheels accommodate compatible tapered and flat beam flanges, while permanently lubricated shielded ball bearings support smooth rolling and low routine maintenance. Wrap-around steel side plates help protect the wheel assemblies and provide additional drop protection. Pinned castle nuts help secure the trolley fasteners, and the adjustable construction allows the trolley to be fitted to a broad range of commonly used beam sizes.

The 1 Ton model fits beam heights from 5 to 24 in, negotiates a 36 in minimum-radius curve, and has a 2.36 in wheel-tread diameter. The 2 Ton model fits beam heights from 6 to 24 in, negotiates a 45 in minimum-radius curve, and has a 3.15 in wheel-tread diameter. The 3 Ton model fits beam heights from 8 to 24 in, negotiates a 55 in minimum-radius curve, and has a 4.41 in wheel-tread diameter. Horizontal travel is controlled by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, making these trolleys suitable where powered or hand-geared movement is unnecessary.
