The Peakworks Safety Harness is a large full-body harness featuring pass-thru buckle leg straps and friction buckle adjustment, designed to provide secure, reliable fit and fall arrest performance for workers in construction, industrial maintenance, and general work-at-height applications. Pass-thru buckles on the leg straps provide a positive, secure connection that must be threaded and latched correctly before use, offering a reliable leg strap closure that resists accidental disengagement during work at height. Friction buckles provide tool-free strap length adjustment throughout the harness, allowing workers to quickly and precisely adjust the harness to achieve a correct and snug fit before beginning work.

The combination of pass-thru leg buckles and friction adjustment buckles provides a balance of secure positive-latch leg strap closure and flexible, easy-to-adjust strap length control across the harness. Proper harness fit is essential to fall arrest performance — straps must be adjusted so the harness fits snugly against the body without restricting movement or circulation, with the dorsal D-ring centered between the shoulder blades, the chest strap positioned at mid-sternum level, and the leg straps fitting snugly around the upper thighs with the pass-thru buckles fully latched and verified before work begins.
