Description du produit
Product Description:
Crosby S-237 High Performance Sling Connectors are designed for connecting high-performance synthetic slings (round slings and web slings) to rigging hardware such as master links, hooks, and bridle assemblies. These connectors improve sling efficiency by providing a larger bearing surface, which reduces stress on sling fibers and allows full Working Load Limit (WLL) utilization.
The design features an increased bow radius, which enhances load distribution and minimizes wear on synthetic slings, making it ideal for heavy-duty lifting applications.
Material:
Body: Forged alloy steel
Construction: All-alloy design for strength and durability
Specifications:
Designed for synthetic sling systems (round slings & web slings)
Working Load Limit range: approx. 5,000 lb to 60,000 lb
Compatible sling widths: approx. 2" to 6"
5:1 design factor (ultimate strength = 5× WLL)
Individually proof tested to 2–2.5× WLL with certification
Increased bow radius provides larger sling contact surface
Allows 100% utilization of sling rated capacity
Each connector includes a Product Identification Code (PIC) for traceability
