Product Description:
The Coffing SLA Air Chain Hoist is a compact, lightweight pneumatic hoist designed for commercial and industrial lifting applications, including workstations and production lines. The products shown feature double-reeved load-chain configurations and a 10 ft Lift, with rated capacities of 500 lb, 600 lb and 1000 lb. The 500 lb model provides a 16 FPM lifting speed, the 600 lb model provides a 15 FPM lifting speed and the 1000 lb model provides a 10 FPM lifting speed.

A variable-flow, two-lever pendant throttle provides controlled lifting and lowering for precise load positioning. The rugged cast aluminum alloy frame houses a vane-type industrial air motor, hardened steel gears, a hardened steel oblique-lay liftwheel, a disc-type load brake and an internal muffler. A factory-set Protector overload clutch helps prevent the hoist from lifting excessive overloads, while the lifetime-lubricated gear train supports dependable operation with reduced routine lubrication requirements.

The hardened forged steel lower hook rotates 360° to assist with load alignment, while the rigid upper suspension hook and lower hook include latches to help retain attachments when the chain is slack. These models operate at a recommended air pressure of 90 PSI and require a suitable filtered and lubricated compressed-air supply. A threaded external exhaust connection allows discharged air to be routed away from clean rooms, painting areas or other sensitive workspaces.
