This Chester PT spark-resistant manual geared trolley provides controlled horizontal travel for a compatible 16 Ton hoist and suspended load. It fits beam flange widths from 6 to 8 in and is designed for a 12 in beam height. The manual geared drive allows the operator to position the load without requiring an electric or pneumatic trolley motor.

The operator pulls the hand chain to transfer movement through the trolley gearing to the drive wheels. This arrangement reduces the physical effort required to move a heavy suspended load and provides controlled travel for maintenance, processing, equipment installation, and industrial material-handling applications.

The trolley has a 96 in minimum-radius curve, 11-11/16 in wheel-tread diameter, alloy cast iron wheels, and 12 in headroom.
