CM Series 84A spark-resistant plain push trolleys are manually operated beam-travel units manufactured for heavy-duty industrial applications. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/4 to 20 Ton, with capacity-specific beam flange widths, beam heights, wheel diameters, and minimum curve radii. Horizontal travel is controlled by pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load, allowing accurate movement without a trolley motor, electrical controls, or hand-chain gear drive.

Heavy rolled steel side frames extend beyond the trolley wheels to provide strength, rigidity, and added protection around the wheel assemblies. Fully machined, hardened alloy cast iron wheels are supported by heat-treated alloy steel axles and equalizer pins. Trolleys through 3 Ton use lifetime-lubricated precision ball bearings, while configurations rated at 4 Ton and above use sealed tapered roller bearings with grease fittings for demanding high-capacity service.

Models from 1/4 through 12 Ton use universal wheel treads designed for compatible flat or tapered beam flanges. The 16 and 20 Ton configurations are designed for American Standard I-beams with tapered flanges. Each model must be fitted to a beam within its specified flange-width and height range and must meet the listed minimum-radius requirement when used on curved track. Spark-resistant configurations are identified by the SR designation within the Series 84A product family.
