Product Description:
CM RailStar motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible hook-suspended hoists operating along overhead beams. The listed configurations include a 0.125 to 2 Ton model with a 1/3 HP motor and two 3 Ton models with 3/4 HP motors. All three operate at 78 FPM, while the 3 Ton models use single-speed travel. Product code 0300 operates on 230/460 V three-phase power, product code 0302 operates on 230/460 V three-phase power, and product code 0303 operates on 115 V single-phase power.

Steel plate side frames provide a durable trolley structure, while steel spur gearing supports smooth power transmission through the drive assembly. Hardened cast iron track wheels are designed for compatible standard S-beams and flat-flanged beams. Lifetime-lubricated double-row ball bearings help reduce rolling resistance and routine maintenance requirements during repeated industrial travel.

The 0.125 to 2 Ton model fits beam flanges from 3-3/8 to 6 in and beam heights from 6 to 18 in, with a 52 in minimum-radius curve and 4-3/4 in wheel tread diameter. The 3 Ton models fit beam flanges from 4 to 7 in and beam heights from 8 to 24 in, with 3-15/16 in wheel tread diameter. RailStar trolleys include a cast iron control enclosure, trolley guards, a 115 V control circuit and a four-button control station for operating a compatible single-speed hoist and trolley.
