Product Description

The CM Lodestar Model E Electric Chain Hoist is designed for dependable lifting, lowering and load positioning in industrial material-handling applications. These double-reeved configurations provide a 0.5 Ton lifting capacity, an 8 FPM lifting speed and available lifting heights of 10, 15 or 20 ft.

The double-reeved load-chain arrangement supports controlled vertical movement and stable handling of the rated load. One-speed control provides consistent operation, while the heavy-duty DC brake delivers controlled stopping and dependable load holding.

Selected configurations use a 1/4 hp hoist motor and are available for 115 or 230/460 VAC electrical service. Depending on the configuration, minimum distance between hooks is approximately 19-5/8 or 21.6 in, helping preserve available lifting space beneath the supporting structure.
