CM Series 632 manual plain trolleys provide horizontal travel for compatible suspended hoists operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 500 to 6,000 lb, with model-specific beam flange ranges, beam height ranges, wheel sizes, and minimum curve requirements. Their manually propelled design is suitable for industrial applications where powered or hand-geared trolley travel is unnecessary.

Horizontal movement is produced by pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the supporting beam. This straightforward operating arrangement requires no electric traverse motor, pneumatic drive, pendant controls, or trolley hand chain. Steel wheels provide a durable running surface for repeated movement during maintenance, fabrication, assembly, equipment installation, and general material-handling operations.

The 500 to 1,000 lb and 2,000 lb models fit beam flanges from 2-5/8 to 5-1/16 in, accommodate beam heights from 4 to 12 in, negotiate a 7 in minimum-radius curve, and use a 2-3/4 in wheel-tread diameter. The 3,000 to 4,000 lb model fits 3-3/8 to 5-5/8 in flanges and beam heights from 6 to 15 in. The 6,000 lb model fits 4 to 6-1/4 in flanges and beam heights from 8 to 18 in. Both higher-capacity configurations require a 10 in minimum-radius curve and use a 3-1/2 in wheel-tread diameter.
